Wholesale Return & Quality Assurance Policy

Last updated: September 2026

No return policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Wholesale Peptide Supply does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been processed.

This policy helps protect the integrity of our products and ensures compliance with our quality control standards.

Third-party testing exception

The only exception to this policy is if a product fails independent third-party verification.

If a customer believes a product does not meet the specifications provided on the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA), the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be tested by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited independent laboratory approved by Wholesale Peptide Supply or another mutually agreed-upon accredited laboratory.
  • The testing must be performed on an unopened, untampered product from the original lot supplied by Wholesale Peptide Supply.
  • The customer must provide the complete laboratory report, including:
    • Lot/batch number
    • Testing method(s)
    • Chromatograms (if applicable)
    • Raw analytical data
    • Final laboratory report

Investigation process

Upon receipt of the laboratory documentation, Wholesale Peptide Supply will:

  • Review the independent laboratory findings.
  • Compare the results with our internal quality documentation and original third-party COA.
  • Conduct any additional investigation deemed necessary.

Resolution

If the investigation confirms that the product does not meet the specifications stated on the applicable COA, Wholesale Peptide Supply will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected product with a compliant batch, or
  • Issue a full refund for the affected product.

The remedy will be limited to the affected product only and will not include shipping costs, lost profits, consequential damages, or any other indirect expenses.

Exclusions

This policy does not apply to products that have been:

  • Opened, reconstituted, or otherwise modified.
  • Improperly stored or handled after delivery.
  • Tested by a laboratory that is not ISO/IEC 17025 accredited (unless otherwise approved in writing).
  • Damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or environmental exposure.

Quality commitment

Every batch distributed by Wholesale Peptide Supply undergoes independent third-party analytical testing prior to release. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided with each wholesale order before payment to ensure customers have complete documentation for the products being purchased.
